RSVP TODAY FOR END-OF-SEASON SWIM BANQUET ON 2/11

Swimmers and parents,

This is a reminder to RSVP for the end-of-season banquet by Friday, February 6! We need to finalize the catering order so please RSVP on SwimTopia (https://centennialswimanddive.swimtopia.com/swim_meets) and pay for non-swimmers on TeamSnap. See details below on how to RSVP and how to pay for non-swimmers.

We are looking forward to celebrating our fantastic season and all of our swimmers at the end-of-season banquet on Wednesday, February 11 at 6:30pm at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church! Please RSVP by Friday, February 6 using the links below.

RSVP/PAYMENT

  • Swimmers: No Charge
  • Parents/siblings/family: $25 each pre-paid, price increases at the door on banquet day
  • RSVP for swimmers on our SwimTopia site by February 6 (green RSVP button next to End-of-Season Banquet): https://centennialswimanddive.swimtopia.com/swim_meets
  • Use these TeamSnap links to RSVP and pay for parents/siblings/guests by February 6
  • We have to use TeamSnap for payment, which is not very user friendly, hence the 3 payment links. Here are the steps you should see:
    • When you click on the payment link, you will be asked to log in to TeamSnap or create an account if you don’t have one
    • Click on the blue ‘Register’ button on the Registration Details page
    • Click on one of the people you need to pay for (DO NOT PAY FOR SWIMMERS)
    • You should see a page with the total number of people and amount you are paying (1 person for $25, 2 people for $50, 3 people for $75)
    • Click on the rectangle with the payment amount, then click on the blue ‘Next’ button
    • Fill in any missing information on the Participant Confirmation, then click on the blue ‘Add to Cart’ button
    • Review your selections and click on the blue ‘Check Out’ button
    • Fill in your payment information and click on the blue ‘Submit and Pay’ button

SCHEDULE

  • Dinner: BBQ from JR’s Log House
    • Pulled chicken, pulled pork, BBQ sauce, mac 'n cheese, coleslaw, dessert, drinks (menu still being finalized)
    • If you need a gluten free meal, contact Amanda Seymour ([email protected]) asap.
  • Recognition program

RETURN PARKAS AND FINS

  • Wash parkas in cold water, line dry, hang on a hanger and cover with a dry clean bag or something similar
  • Rinse fins
  • Drop off both parka and fins at the designated table at the banquet and collect your parka deposit check
