ACTION REQUIRED by 1/19: CHS Swim & Dive Fundraiser during College Football National Championship Game

Parents and Athletes,

We are venturing into a new fundraiser for CHS Swim & Dive - selling squares on a 10x10 grid gameboard for the College Football National Championship game on Monday, January 20! I'm sure many of you have participated in a similar game during Super Bowls. This gameboard will be accessible online. Each athlete is being asked to sell at least 3 squares by January 19. There will be incentives for the first athlete to sell 4 squares, and for the athlete that sells the most squares.

The following section explains the fundraiser and can be copied and pasted into texts and emails to family and friends asking them to support our fundraiser:

This year the Centennial Swim & Dive team is hosting an exciting fundraiser during the College Football National Championship game on Monday, January 20, 2025! Instead of buying raffle tickets, you can purchase squares on a 10x10 grid gameboard hoping to be in the right place at the right time! If you purchase the square that aligns with the last digit of the game score at the end of each quarter and/or the end of the game, you WIN!! Each square purchased is $25. Winnings are paid out as follows:

  • 1st quarter: $100
  • 2nd quarter: $100
  • 3rd quarter: $100
  • 4th quarter: $500

Numbers will be randomly auto-generated once the board is filled. The teams playing in the championship game will be added once all semifinals are played.

Supporting CHS Swim & Dive is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Use the link and access code below to select your squares:

Game Access Code: 2425

2. Send payment of $25 per square via Venmo or Zelle. Payment must accompany your square selection. Include your first name, last name, and the swimmer you are supporting.

Venmo: @LizetteChaidez
Zelle: 678-361-4352

3. Watch the game on January 20th! Winners will be paid via Venmo or Zelle as the game is played.

If needed, here is an example of how one wins:

If at the end of the first quarter the score is Playoff Team 1: 7 and Playoff Team 2: 14, you would go to the grid and see who has the 7 on the Playoff Team 1 axis and the 4 on the Playoff Team 2 axis. If you have that square, you win $100! This repeats at the end of the 2nd and 3rd quarters. The final score wins $500!

Happy selling and Go Knights!
