CHS Swim & Dive - Weekly Bulletin 10-9-23

Greetings Team and Parents,

Welcome to the 2023-2024 CHS swim and dive season! This is the first weekly newsletter which will run throughout the season. In these newsletters you will find all the details that you need to know: swim schedules, bus schedules, volunteer
schedules, spirit wear pick-up information, and info about special events! We look forward to a great season.

Saturday, October 28^th, Raider Relay Meet (Swim Only) @ Dynamo Pool

2023 PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Practices will be at the Swim Atlanta 795 Old Roswell Road

Practice times: Monday- Thursday 7:45-9 pm & Friday 6am-7am

McCALLIE TRAVEL MEET NOV. 17^th-18^th

The McCallie meet is one of CHS swim & dive’s favorite traditions! This meet is in Chattanooga on November 17^th&18^th. You don’t want to miss out so sign up now!

BLACK & BLUE INTERSQUAD TIME TRIALS (Saturday, October 21^st)

Warm-up: 3:00 PM Start: 3:30 PM Swim Atlanta – 795 Old Roswell Road

• Snacks needed! Please sign up on Swimtopia. If you sign up for snacks, please send them with your swimmer. https://centennialswimanddive.swimtopia.com/swim_meets
• We will also need volunteer timers; a sign-up link button can be found on Swimtopia next to the meet information. This is a great way to be front row on all the action!!

SPIRIT WEAR

• If your swimmer still needs to pick up fins please contact Nancy Kasik ([email protected]) to arrange a pickup or they can be picked up at the Black and Blue meet.
• Parkas will be available at the Black and Blue meet as well. Please note, parkas are "rented" for the season and require a $100 check as a deposit,
  which will be returned at the end of the season when parkas are turned in.
  Please be sure to have a $100 deposit check (made out to CHS Swim & Dive)
  available if your swimmer wants a parka.
• Shirts, caps and warmups have been ordered and will be distributed shortly!
