CHS Swim & Dive Awards Banquet

• This takes you to a link for the Picklejuice app. Use your username and password that you created for team registration last Fall.
• Confirm parent information, click ‘continue’.
• Select your participant (athlete), and click ‘continue’.
• On the next page, you will see an optional donation amount which is a thank you for Coach Dale and Coach Jacobi for all they’ve done this season. We will present them with this at the banquet. A suggested amount is $15-20 per athlete, but any amount is appreciated. Enter an amount and click ‘continue"
• Select the number of additional family members attending and click ‘continue’.
• Verify the information on the next screen and click ‘continue’.
• Enter your payment method and click ‘process payment’.

Early bird RSVP and Payment are due by Tuesday, February 1st. Registration is $28/family member.

Please register ASAP.

Registration fee increases to $35/family member after February 1st.

No registrations will be accepted after February 5th

Athletes are not charged a fee.

Swim Parka Return -We request that Parkas be washed in COLD water and LINE DRIED! Cover with a dry cleaning bag and returned at the banquet. At that time your deposit check will be returned. If not returned at the banquet, then it must be returned to Coach Dale’s room.
