CHS Swim & Dive - Weekly Bulletin 10-8-21
Greetings Team and Parents,
Welcome to the 2021-22 Swim and Dive Season! Thank you for joining the team! We are excited to kick off the season!
Each week, we will send out a bulletin with important dates and information. If you have any questions, please contact a member of the Swim Team Board.

Meets have been posted at https://centennialswimanddive.swimtopia.com/. Please RSVP to all meets by clicking the Green Meet Entry button. Meet dates are subject to change based on Covid.
2021 PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Practices start Wednesday, October 13 at the Roswell Adult Aquatic Center, 200 Frank Lewis Dr, Roswell, 30075. Year round swimmers do not need to attend.
Practice times: 6:15 am -7:15 am, Monday through Friday
Swimmers will need to drive all the way to the end of the parking lot, no more than 10mph (cops will be in parking lot), and then turn right on the cut through road. The Roswell Adult Aquatic Center will be on the right past the tennis courts.
** NOTE ** All athletes must upload their physical to Dragonfly before they can swim.
1ST TEAM PASTA DINNER (FRIDAY, OCTOBER 22ND) @6:30PM:
They’re back! After a hiatus last year for Covid, we are getting the team together for Pasta Parties before our weekend meets. Please check the calendar on Swimtopia for dates and locations and to sign up to bring food.

SPIRIT WEAR/SWIM GEAR INFO & DELIVERY
Team Suits:
Have all the new swimmers/divers ordered the team suit? Have all the returning athletes found their team suit from last year? New swimmers are required to buy and wear the team swimsuit. Wear these suits to meets only. Please do not practice in the team suit. The suits stretch out quickly and wear out quickly if worn for practice AND the meets. If the returning athletes find that their team suit is in bad shape, then it is time to order a new one, as well! There is a bit of urgency, as the suits need to be embroidered, so please get these fitted ASAP.
The vendor, All-American, supplies our suits. Athletes requiring suits who need fittings will need to visit the All-American store. Check store hours before going!

SPIRIT WEAR
Rachael will be delivering fins, suits ordered at info night, and parkas to practice on Wednesday, October 13th, and Thursday, October 14th. These fins are to be returned at the end of the season or there will be a $20 replacement fee. If your swimmer signed up to use a CHS swim parka, please bring a $100 check (for deposit) at pick up. The deposit will be returned, once the parka is cleaned and returned, at the end of the season.
Team shirts, caps, and warmups will be delivered at the Black and Blue Meet on Saturday, October 23. Any pre-ordered swimsuits or parkas not picked up at practice can be picked up then as well.
Other Spirit Wear ordered from the on line store will be delivered at the first meet on Tuesday, November 2nd.
