CHS Swim & Dive - Weekly Bulletin 12-2-2019
Greetings Team and Parents,
We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving Break!
Important Dates:
- Friday, December 6th – Centennial VS Harrison Swim Dual Meet
- Saturday, December 13th – Pasta Dinner - Rescheduled
Centennial VS Harrison Swim & Dive Dual Meet:- Friday December 6th @ 6pm
The bus is scheduled to leave Centennial at 5:15pm. Everyone is expected to take the bus. The meet will begin at 6pm. The Bus will return to Centennial after the meet.
Parents, we need just a couple of snacks to fill-in (there was quite a bit left over from the McCallie trip). Please go on to Swimtopia and sign up if you can. Then, send your items with your athlete on the bus.
This is our only meet in December, so we only need to ask you once to volunteer for a job! We need 6 timers for Friday’s meet. Please consider volunteering. It’s a great way to enjoy the meet right next to the pool action! Last meet of the calendar year! Log on to Swimtopia to sign up. Arrive at the Cobb County Aquatic Center (520 S Fairground St SE, Marietta, GA 30060) by 5:30 for a quick timers meeting.
Team Pasta Dinner Rescheduled
We had to reschedule the December team Pasta Dinner until Friday, December 13th. More details to follow on that, but it will be a holiday celebration for the athletes. Wear your silliest, tackiest holiday attire and if you wish to participate the Gift game, bring a wrapped gift valued at $15-20.
Spirit Wear for the Holidays:
We have a few items of spirit wear that might make a nice holiday gift.
2 Adult Large Hoodies, black with this year’s design. $38
2 Medium, Men’s Under Armour, heat gear, dri-fit, short sleeve athletic shirts in royal blue with Knights Swim & Dive logo. $25
